Welcome back and to the beginning of an exciting new year!

Last month we were fortunate enough to have been interviewed by the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in Scotland for a documentary entitled "How to Make the Perfect Coffee".

This multi-part series will include several well know coffee experts, including the likes of Joseph A. Rivera (scientist - USA), James Hoffman (UK - '07 WBC), as well as several well known figures in the coffee industry.

Unfortunately, we missed when the broadcasting first aired, but the BBC will repeat the airing in the next coming weeks.
