This 3-in-1 combo TDS meter measure - temperature, conductivity and total dissolved solids at verious calibration scales. It is ideal for measuring brewed coffee TDS and for determining both the strength and extraction for specific lots of coffee. 

Once recorded, TDS measurements can be plotted against the SCAA Brewing Control Chart to determine optimal extraction levels and ultimately brewing quality.
