I've read in a Judith Gaines report that washed arabica coffee prices are expected to double by 2007. True? Any hedging tips for roasters?

The only coffee quote by a Ganes I was able to locate in recent months was on the J. Ganes Consulting LLC website where there is posted a reprint of an article by Consumeraffairs.com dated September 8, 2005 which says in part,
